If your pet has any of the following diseases or conditions, acupuncture may be able to help him/her: arthritis, stifle (knee) problems, intervertebral disc (back) disease, KCS or "dry eye", allergies, any neurologic injury, diabetes mellitus, hormone-responsive incontinence, infertility problems, constipation, diarrhea, hotspots, lick granuloma. Many other conditions may be helped by acupuncture as well. If your pet has been receiving Western medical treatment (medications) with little to no response or signs have come back despite appropriate Western treatment, acupuncture (alongside with Western medicine) may help your pet.
